Impi has been adopted, thank you ROB! She has been eagerly waiting for a place to call home, and people to call family. She was surrendered to Storm Haven from an incredible organization in Quebec that gets “High Risk” animals out of “High Kill” shelters. She came to us with a terrible Upper Respiratory, and a small umbilical hernia. She was treated with antibiotics and when she was spayed they successfully removed the hernia. She is a unique looking kitty, as her tail was docked (no background as to why) and she is polydactyl. She honestly looks like a little deer when she perks up and meows for love. She is a very affectionate little girl, and we couldn’t be happier that she has found a safe and loving home. Good Luck Rob and Vegetable Lasagna !

Annual Spring Vaccinations on the Farm
Both Freya and Halo have been given a clear bill of health! They received their vaccinations and were dewormed, as well as given a thorough annual check-up. Freya also had a canine tooth removed and was VERY brave during the process.
The vet was very impressed with how trusting and well-behaved both rescues were, as they have only been in care for such a short time.
Freya, is currently receiving ongoing training, and will be backed by the end of May. Halo is doing well with her ground training, and is fairly confident with the farrier now.
More updates to come….
Kitten Season <3
Kitten Season is HERE.
Meet the Game of Thrones Litter, we have one male (Tyrion – White and Orange) and two females (Daenerys – Tortoiseshell) and (Arya – Diluted Calico). They were transferred to Storm Haven Animal Rescue, by a local humane society who were flooded by cat and kitten surrenders in April. Arya came to us quite sick, dehydrated, and malnourished. It took some around the clock care and a few vet visits but she is strong and healthy now! They will be ready to find their forever homes in the middle of June 🙂
CHARITY
Great NEWS, we just got officially registered as a Charity!
Rainbow Bridge
It takes us back to brighter years,
to happier sunlit days
and to precious moments
that will be with us always.
And these fond recollections
are treasured in the heart
to bring us always close to those
from whom we had to part.
There is a bridge of memories
from Earth to Heaven above…
It keeps our dear ones near us
It’s the bridge that we call love.
Today we lost a very special kitty, we are so thankful that he blessed us with his love and time, but will miss him dearly.
Rest easy Ti-Pierre
