Pablo – Azore Cattle Dog

PABLO

Pablo Update

We found a great Foster home for Pablo! He is with Kim and her big family of three dogs, lots of cats and horses! He gets lots of exercise on the farm, and has adjusted to the lifestyle well.

His Foster Mom Kim, has brought him to multiple training sessions which has identified his training needs. He needs to be in a scheduled home, where he has lots of exercise, continuous guidance, and a pack he can be a part of. If you are interested in learning more about Pablo, click here.

Ti-Pierre (Joey)

This old guy has been through the ringer, we have shaved most of his matts out – which wasn’t a fun experience for either of us !

His kidney levels are a little off as well, so he is on a Senior Approved diet. He is available for Foster ONLY at this time, due to his current weight. He needs a quiet home, to heal and get to a healthy weight prior to adoption.

Ti-Pierre (a.k.a Joey)

Ti-Pierre was transferred to us from Quebec, he is a 13-year old Himalayan Blue Point. We have re-named him to Joey for the moment, and he seems to like any name as long as you are petting and cuddling him.

He is looking for a special home, that is quiet and safe. He will see our vet on Wednesday, for his shots, a lion cut (because he is very matted) and to check his eyes. He seems like be a little hard-of-seeing, but it doesn’t seem to bother him at all.

Updates to come !

New Comers!

UPDATE on the two year old mare and six month old weanling from the Equine Auction. Here at Storm Haven we strongly believe in new beginnings, so without further comment, please meet….

Halo – we found quite a bit of history on this beauty. She was born in late May 2018, and is a solid young girl. She is a quarter horse, with both parents registered. The names in her pedigree include Sugar Badger, Peppy San, Doc Bar, Power Command. She is just starting to learn how to trust people and understand the halter.

Freya – we were not as lucky in learning about her lineage, but she is one gorgeous mare. She is building her trust with people, and is already doing very well under halter. She loves to play with the geldings in the field, and has learned how to be quite bossy. Many updates to come in 2019 before she is ready to find her forever home.
