Logan is a one year old Blue Great Dane. He is big, goofy and full of love. He adores all animals and is the only one allowed to snuggle up with Jessie. He has grown almost as quickly in size as he has in our hearts.
Aries is a three-year old Canadian Labradoodle. She is the life of the party in our Stoney Creek location. She greets all visitors, both human and furry with an abundance of energy. She loves when new dogs come to play with her, and reminds them that play is a good thing.
Jessie is a six-year old Great Dane. She is the boss in the PEI location. She greets all visitors with slight reservation, until she is sure they are going to behave while in her space. She loves being outside with the horses, and has been known to cuddle scared puppies.
Eddie is a four-year old Border Collie cross. He thinks he is the boss in PEI, and tries to protect every animal that comes into care. He has been known to hoard all animals away from a newcomer so he can watch over them. He is best friends with Carlos.
Leo is a 1 year old Bernese Mountain Dog Poodle. He is the newest addition to Krystle’s fur family. He was purchased by a love home in Toronto, who were unable to keep him due to allergies. He is a big, dopey ball of energy that keeps everyone on their toes. He loves his sister Aries, and never leaves her alone!
Mikey Mo and Ace are eight-year old male brothers. They have been a supporting member of the Storm Haven team for years, they can be a bit skittish when new people and animals arrive, although is often found cuddling with scared animals when things quiet down.
Pickles is a three old female domestic cat. She is the most recent rescue fail, as she moved from available to adoption to permanent resident. She is best friends with resident doodle Aries, and is generally the life of the party.
Carlos is a two-year old male tuxedo cat, who resides in our PEI location. He lives up to the reputation of a tuxedo cat, as he is full of personality. He is often breaking into the pantry to spread spices around the house or sneaking up on the dogs for a surprise attack.
Vegas is an nine-year old Quarter Horse. He is the herd leader and takes his role extremely serious. He has been a surrogate mother to several scared horses, and weanlings. He can be tough enough to keep everyone in line, but very tender and sweet to horses that need a strong role model.
Dealer is a two-year old Quarter Horse. He is a Grulla who found his way to Storm Haven from Ohio. He has been halter broke, and enjoys being ponied around the farm. He has gone over bridges, logs, through water and does everything with ease. He will begin his in saddle training in early 2019. He is a relaxed little one, who enjoys playing with the younger rescues that have joined the herd.
Cleo is a seven-year old lop eared bunny. She has been a wonderful support to many orphaned kittens over the years. She is an active bun, who enjoys her tunnels and making homes out of cardboard boxes. As she has aged, she would prefer to be alone than be in the center of the action. Cleo loves her nightly salads and cuddles.
